Property Clubs

Property clubs such as Inside Track have grown in popularity over the past decade with promises of high earnings on capital investments from property purchases, off plan investments, rental incomes etc. etc. all you needed to do was hand over your money to them and they would do the rest. Unfortunately the property market is a fickle beast and the recent rises in property values gave no clue as to the way things would change in 2008. Inside Track went into administration leaving many questions being asked by the investors who allegedly over promised and under delivered. One of the questions being how much did the company from the investors as commission from the property deals.

Millions have been invested in property clubs by hopeful investors thinking that they would make a killing in the property market using the expertise of the directors of the property clubs. Unfortunately many of the clubs are now out of business leaving the investors with massive debts and no capital growth or rental income.
